TDR allows users to write custom study notes on system design problems. You retain ownership of any notes you write, but you grant TDR a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and sync these notes on your behalf. Notes must not contain illegal, offensive, defamatory, or copyright-violating text.
4. Content Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The system design architectures, clean code templates, UML class diagrams, and distributed estimation guides hosted on TDR are for educational and interview preparation purposes only. Tech stacks and best practices evolve rapidly, and TDR does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the information provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website.
